MFOL Mural for MSD Victims Fund
Tax deductible
This is an 8ft Mural featuring Emma Gonzalez. I started a series of paintings to raise funds honoring the victims of the tragic February 14th shooting at Marjory Stoneman Douglas in Florida. These paintings were all done on vinyl records and then auctioned off one at a time. The raised funds have been donated, 100%, to individual victims’ campaigns. No amount of money can EVER replace what was taken from these families but I am just trying to offer a little soothing.
I have painted 9 portraits so far on vinyl records and I’m currently working on #10. But before #10 is complete I thought I would take the 1st portrait I painted, Emma, and make it larger than life. So the end product was an 8ft Mural depicting Emma on a vinyl record.
Now, I am giving you a chance to WIN this mural of Emma! The mural depicts a memorable moment from her speech on March 24th at the March For Our Lives in Washington D.C.
All the money raised from this campaign will be donated directly, 100%, to the Stoneman Douglas Victims’ Fund.
Here is how it works. Your donation gives you an entry into a drawing. The drawing will take place on June 27th and a video of the drawing will be posted on social media so everyone knows it was a fair drawing. Again, none of this money comes to me...it goes directly to the MSD Victims’ fund via this gofundme campaign.
Here is the breakdown of price per entry. You can purchase AS MANY entries as you’d like. This is about raising funds honoring the victims so feel free to enter multiple times:
$10 Donation= 1 entry
$20 Donation= 3 entries
$50 Donation= 8 entries
$100 Donation= 15 entries
$500 Donation= 60 entries
Each time an entry is received a ticket will be printed for that person’s name. For example, if you purchase 20 entries, 20 tickets will be printed and thrown into the drawing.
Again, FEEL FREE TO DONATE SEVERAL TIMES TO GET MORE ENTRIES IN THE DRAWING WHICH WILL IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING THE MURAL!
The Mural was done on canvas. It will be shipped to the winner on a canvas roll and can be installed to any wall just like regular wallpaper. That’s how most murals are done these days.
So enter OFTEN...Let’s raise a good amount for the Stoneman Douglas Victims’ Fund❤️
