So I’m still here struggling with these knees. I have worked on my feet my whole life and I have some sort of auto immune disease that attacks my joints, specifically my knees. My doctors don’t understand why my knees are this bad, but I need both replaced at an extremely young age. I’ve been working with these knees for the last 15 years. I thought my pain was just like everyone else with body aches or pains. I was very wrong. My new doctor told me I have the knees of a 70 year old that ran regularly and played sports his whole life. I had my right knee replaced in may, with many complications since. My left knee is being replaced in October and I’m absolutely terrified of the recovery, which even after almost 4 months is in a lot of pain still. So I obviously am unable to work, but I have child support and bills to keep up. I applied 4 months ago for SA DISABILITY and am still waiting on the approval. They truly make you jump through hoops, but don’t hurry at all to get back to you. I handed everything to them, got it all done the second they asked for it and my status hasn’t been updated since a month ago! I keep thinking it’s going to get approved and I’ll be good before my surgery, which is in LESS THAN A MONTH, but im getting no response.

I hate asking people for money like this, I put it on my Instagram page and I have to say it’s humiliating, but it’s completely necessary. I need help again this month and hopefully social security will be approved and I can put my mind at ease. Thank you so much for the people that have donated and for anybody willing to now. ❤️❤️
