Angela's Battle Against Breast Cancer

As a dear friend and colleague of Angela, I can truly say to know her is to know love and joy. She is the brightest light and her compassion and care for others have always amazed me. She has dedicated her work and life to supporting young people and ensuring their experiences and voices are recognized, and that the world is a safer place for all youth. Earlier this year, I was diagnosed with breast cancer and then weeks later so was Angela. Thankfully, Angela's cancer was caught early but the journey to being cancer free is a long one with many unforeseen expenses.
