For our little fighters, the Spicer Twins

For those who don’t know me, I have the honor of being Becket and Patrick’s aunt, Erin’s sister and Frank’s sister-in-law.

For the last 2 months I have watched these incredibly humble and devout parents fight for their sweet twin boys who were born on March 8, 2021 (1lb 10oz and 1lb 11oz) at just 25 weeks gestation. A whole 15 weeks early! Sweet and strong, Becket and Patrick, have been in the fight for their lives, growing and thriving as best they can, under the care of their incredible doctors and nurses. Erin and Frank, who were also blessed with 3 older children, ages 3, 2 and 1, have been back and forth to the hospital, every single day, caring for and loving on their twin boys. They have been doing all of this while caring for their older children, and Frank still teaching his elementary school students during such a crazy year.

As one can imagine, the hospital stay at a NICU for 2 babies will not come without a very heavy price. Please join me in trying to lift just a fraction of a very large financial burden for our beloved Spicer family. Erin and Frank are the two most caring, giving and humble people I know, and I feel the need to ask for help and to rally around them, when I know they would never ask for it themselves.

Becket and Patrick are doing as best they can under the care plan of their amazing medical team and are officially over 3lbs each! We cannot wait to get these sweet boys home where they belong with the rest of their family! Thank you so much for continued prayers and any support you can offer. I know it will mean more to them than they will ever be able to say.
