Help my family get a new vehicle
My fiancée was in a car wreck on 10-21-21 which left our vehicle beyond repair. We had liability insurance only and it was the only running vehicle we have, plus for myself and all of the children. We recently moved from Ohio to Ocean Springs ,MS. We don’t have family nearby to support us, we don’t really even have friends we are close enough with here in order to get a ride to the grocery store or anything. We live 20 minutes away from town.
Before the accident, my fiancée worked delivering pizzas, while I did food delivery for Uber Eats to make some extra cash. Now without a vehicle, neither of us are able to work, and we have no other source of income. The other driver’s insurance company denied my claim and refuses to even review the video evidence and statements I have emailed which prove that my vehicle was totaled because the other driver did not yield on green when turning left and my van was going straight through a green light. I have talked to a couple attorneys and I was informed that because there was no personal injuries that no lawyer will want a case solely based on property damage.
I understand that this is a lot to ask for and pretty much everyone we know are going through hard times, but we would be so grateful for anything at all. Thank you for taking the time to read this. We love and appreciate all of you more than you know.
