luke is 16 this month and lives with duchenne muscular dystrophy a muscle wasting terminal illness.
He is in hospital at the moment, him and his family have had the life shattering news that his heart is failing and no further medication will help him. The hospital are keeping him comfortable and pain free.
He has wrote a bucket list and his family really want to try and grant his wishes... your help to do this would be greatly appreciated.
At a time when the future seems so uncertain and frightening for the family lets give them some moments to smile about ❣
