MHS eSports Club

I am happy to report that the MHS eSports Club is well underway!  We began in November with 11 students in total signed up for the first season.  Thanks to the generosity of many, so far we have been able to build a total of 5 custom desktop computers with 1 more on the way!  That definitely helped us prepare for our very first scrimmage against a rival school, which we won! 

Though we have just enough computers to use in competition, we are still in need of a full set of new desktops for the entire club.  The laptops we are still using are very poor in terms of performance and are only capable of playing 1 game at this point.  This limits what the club is able to offer students!

What we are looking for is continued support in order to build enough desktops to be able to provide any and all opportunities that the eSports world has to offer!  More and more colleges are beginning to offer scholarships for students who excel in the games we wish to play.  More computers will help us help students potentially earn those types of scholarships.
