Mi amado hijo Brandon Josias, estas en nuestros corazones.

Hello, my name is Yesenia Rosales Urena, I currently reside in Washington, I am the mother of a daughter named Alisfranciny, 20 years old, and a son named Brandon Josias, 24 years old, who are in Costa Rica. We are Costa Ricans and unfortunately we are living under the negative influence that violence is causing, where it is routine to shoot without caring who is around, affecting innocent people. Unfortunately, my son was the victim of a shooting, where he died immediately on Thursday, September 12, because he was in the wrong place at the wrong time. Now I am left alone with my daughter to continue fighting with this pain that with each passing day feels like a very deep wound. My son's goals and projects were cut short at such a young age, leaving behind a 2-year-old baby, whom he will never be able to see again, nor enjoy his growth. As a mother and grandmother, I feel like I am in the middle of a horrible nightmare. I am experiencing what has happened to several immigrants who are in this country. They cannot return to their countries of origin to say goodbye to their loved ones who have passed away. Now I must face the expenses of the funeral home and I wish to be able to make a tombstone for my son. I am very grateful for the help that you can give us and I ask God to bless you and multiply whatever you wish to help us with.

Hola, me llamo Yesenia Rosales Urena, actualmente resido en Washington, soy madre de una hija que se llama Alisfranciny de 20 años y de un hijo que se llamaba Brandon Josias de 24 años, que se encuentran en Costa Rica. Somos costarricenses y lamentablemente estamos viviendo bajo la influencia negativa que está provocando la violencia, en donde están haciendo rutina estar disparando sin importar quienes se encuentren alrededor afectando a personas inocentes y lamentablemente mi hijo resultó víctima de un tiroteo, donde falleció de inmediato el jueves 12 de septiembre, por encontrarse en el lugar y hora equivocada. Ahora quedó sola con mi hija para seguir luchando con este dolor que cada día que pasa se siente una herida muy profunda. A mi hijo le truncaron sus metas y sus proyectos siendo tan joven, dejando a un bebe de 2 años, que no podra volver a ver, ni disfrutar de su crecimiento. Como madre y abuela me siento que estoy en medio de una horrible pesadilla, estoy experimentando lo que le ha sucedido a varios inmigrantes que se encuentran en este pais, no pueden regresar a sus países de origen a despedirse de sus seres queridos que han fallecido. Ahora debo hacer frente a los gastos de la funeraria y deseo poder realizarle una lápida para mi hijo. Les estoy muy agradecida por la ayuda que nos puedan brindar y pidiendo a Dios que los bendiga y les multiplique lo que deseen en sus posibilidades puedan ayudarnos.
