Michael Guevara. I am the father of a 36 week baby girl who couldn't make it into this world because of a placenta abruption, Mia Isabella Guevara is the name of our angel. The mother and I were excited throughout the whole pregnancy to experience this life changing moment together. It was a smooth journey and we were eager to cater her, spoil her, and give her the most up loving life. It was nearly 6:00pm on 07/19 Sunday afternoon when her mother started feeling contractions and of course she started counting. The counts were of a 15 min spread which lead us both to think that she was just having Braxton Hicks. Later that night around 11:00pm she walked towards the restroom and blood started to leak. I quickly got nervous and excited assuming her water broke and rushed her to the hospital. 07/20 Midnight we got to the hospital and the nurses checked for our princess heartbeat with a monitor... they didn't catch any. The nurses then switched to checking with an Ultrasound and still no heartbeat. I was in sudden deep thought as this process was going on. I quickly snapped out of my thoughts soon as I seen the nurse give up on the Ultrasound and still conscious my soul just left the building at that moment when she was trying to give us the news. She mentioned it and I couldn't hear her clearly, she repeated herself and that was when I felt my body drop to my knees and screamed in pain asking myself "Why, Was I Not Ready God!?". She was sent to have a C Section while I was grieving. When the nurses came back with my daughter they explained what caused the death and added how my daughters umbilical cord was wrapped around her neck twice. Never have I experienced such a pain in my life...not to mention, her mothers pain as well. If you may, please donate any amount of money for financial reasons. I won't be going to work for several days in order to help Brittany recover from the surgery. I appreciate you all in advance. May God bless you all and heal us from our grieve. Father, guide me to find soothing and kind words to carry her mothers pain on my shoulders. AMEN.
Rest In Paradise Mia Isabella.
