Miami Dade Lawsuit
Donation protected
Hi everyone, my name is Linda and I am a Miami Dade citizen. Over the past two months and for the first time in history healthy people have been forced to quarantine to help slow the spread of COVID19. Throughout this time, our Miami-Dade Mayor, Carlos A. Gimenez and City of Miami Mayor, Francis Suarez have signed executive orders that violate the civil rights of Miami Dade residents secured under the Florida and U.S. Constitution.
They are closed down businesses, our beaches, our parks, and have made face masks mandatory to enter retailers without any real science or data to back up their mandates. All they have done is punish healthy people and destroy our local economy. They have turned into dictators telling small businesses what to demand from their patrons, and how to operate their businesses.
PURPOSE: For this and other reasons, I am raising funds to sue the City of Miami, and Miami-Dade requesting an emergency injunction to stop their face mask mandates, and other parts of the emergency orders--I will be suing for a temporary restraining order on several parts of the executive order.
WHAT ARE FUNDS FOR?
All of the funds raised are for legal fees. The firm representing us is Sabatini Law Firm.
CAN WE WIN?
Yes, there are grounds to sue the state and win. Anthony is working on a few cases here in Florida:

This past weekend we experienced acts of domestic terrorism in our city and both mayors, mostly Francis Suarez opened our city to criminals who vandalized and looted businesses. Francis Suarez joined the protest, and even handed waters to protestors who later turned violent and even burned down police cars. The "new normal", social distancing, and face masks did not matter anymore. Its almost like COVID-19 disappeared as soon as riots started around the country. Meanwhile, private restaurants are not allowed to serve a table of more than 6 people, groups of ten or more people will not be allowed at beaches, or coolers, and many businesses like tattoo shops and gyms are still closed.
