MIAMI FADES Family and Friends:
On Monday, March 16th we took health and safety measures, on Tuesday, March 17th we tried to create alternatives using our mobile services and on Friday, March 20th, we made the toughest decision to close our doors due to the severity of the COVID-19 pandemic. Our locations in Toronto, North York, Durham and Peel will remain closed until further notice. We tried our very best!
This is conclusively the most challenging moment in the history of Miami Fades. The depths of the emergency due to the COVID-19 crisis has put our business and community in utterly unknown territory. Miami Fades is built on the principle that there is a significant impact in bringing people together over fades and shaves, to enjoy community and conversations and to welcome any regardless of circumstance in life. Still, in this critical time, we must prioritize the safety of our guests and staff. We are determined to do what we love, as soon as it’s safe to do so.
This has not been an easy decision to make, probably the hardest one in our ten years of business; however, we want you all to know that we are doing this for all of us. We are a team. We cancelled hundreds of appointments with the faith in understanding that doing so provides our valued customers and the Miami Fades team with the security to weather this storm. You will be the first to know when we are given the green light to open our doors to get some fades going and we hope that you will all be ready to get back right into the action. Your spot in the chair will be reserved!
As a result, we are kicking off this campaign to support ALL impacted employees. All funds raised will be distributed to ALL employees in equal share. We ask anyone who can support the employees of Miami Fades to help in any way they can.
