Miami Tenant Support

The Miami Tenants Union is a group of concerned tenants and organizers in South Florida working to build power among renters in the Miami Dade community. We are looking for funds to help our organizers make basic repairs, including broken ACs, broken locks, and broken windows. Meanwhile, tenants are working together to hold their landlords and managers responsible for maintaining their apartment buildings in livable conditions. Many tenants in these apartment complexes are also struggling with mold, gas leaks, and pests. 

We have a legal team who are  generously providing free services to our tenants, but we are constantly in need of funds for basic repairs and are currently being self-funded by our organizers. Any help will be greatly appreciated and directly relieve exploited and working families.
