The purpose of this ask is to give enthusiastic and dedicated educators with little or no budgets to attend a great opportunity that will impact thousands of young lives!
Help fund one (or more) educators to attend Miami Device , the professional development of their lives! Miami Device, hosted by St. Stephen's Episcopal Day School , is about learning. Its goal is for more students to be authentically engaged as a result of passionate, well-trained educators who want to be masters of their craft. These teachers are willing to explore and embrace best practices for today and tomorrow and understand the importance of student-centered learning. Project/Problem/Challenge Based Learning, 21st Century Skills, Classroom Flipping, and Game Based Learning, with the support of Mobile Devices, is the “curriculum” of Miami Device.
$600 funds registration and a one night stay at the event hotel for one educator.
After the event, each educator will share with you how your donation affected their career and students' lives.
