Despite our culture's obsession with romance, most of us are struggling to find healthy partnership. I'm raising money to complete "Until The End" & "A New Beginning". These twin albums are reflections on romance. The songs explore the grief of heartbreak, the difficulty of healing, and the fearful joy of building a new connection. I believe these projects will spark necessary conversations that will help us love better. Most don't think of romance as an act of social good, but who we choose to love and how we go about it are deeply connected to our understanding of justice. Many societal ills like racism, sexism, misogyny, and various forms of abuse show up in our romantic lives. Likewise, healing and solutions can also begin in our intimate partnerships. Learning to give and receive healthy love in a romantic context will absolutely help you love well in other areas of life. Thank you for believing in my work.
