Micah's fight against leukemia

I am fundraising for a beautiful colleague of mine, Catherine Murdoch and her family, her husband Jason, their daughter 4 year old Maya and their 6 year old son Micah.
Unfortunately Micah's family received the devastating news that their 6 year old son is confronted and now fighting Acute Lymphophastic Leukemia AGAIN! Micah was first diagnosed with this Leukemia back in April 2014 as a 3 1/2 year old.
On 1st December 2016, Micah was diagnosed with a relapse of his Acute Lymphophastisc Leukemia. Micah was subsequently admitted into Lady Cilento Hospital on 5/12/2016 and will continue to remain an inpatient for at least the next 6 to 9 months.
Understandably this has taken an incredible impact on Micah's family.
Micah's father Jason is unable to work currently, due to a back injury and has recently been diagnosed with Ankylosing Spondylytis.
Micah's mother Catherine is currently working a 12 - 13 day fortnight, working 2 part time jobs to make ends meet and provide for the family.
Micah was attending prep this year at Bli Bli State school, until he had to be withdrawn from the school in the first week of December this year, for his admission into Lady Cilento Hospital for his treatment.
Catherine currently works in her roles as a personal carer with a local community nursing service provider and an assistant nurse with a local nursing home.
Micah's mother Catherine needs to be able to spend more than the current 1 -2 days a week with her son.
We are hoping to raise funds for this family, initially we are hoping to receive funds to assist with the costs of visiting/parking at Lady Cilento Hospital and ultimately endeavouring to raise enough funds for Catherine to take leave without pay from her current employers, so that she can spend more quality time with her brave little 6 year old boy and family while they confront this relapse of his Leukemia!
