Walker Family Memorial Fund

Family and Friends,

Michael Walker Sr., our father, has transitioned from earth to heaven. Dad was kind, witty, funny, an excellent father and a man of God. He had a way of brightening the room with his presence, and we will miss him deeply.

At this time, we are planning the funeral arrangements and forecast a service in our dad's honor to be held in Detroit, MI in the eminent future. It is our hope to have a date after the Labor Day holiday and will notify you accordingly.

Dad was a man that took care of business and made sure his affairs were in order. They are in order! That is something that he took pride in and is just one of his characteristics that we all admired. The primary goal of this goFundme is to accommodate the many that reached out wanting to know how they could financially send their support. 

We are overwhelmed by the love and support you have shown to our family thus far. May God always remember every word of comfort you have spoken to us by voice or text, and may your generosity return to you in many ways. Thank you again; our words can't express enough our gratitude for each of you.
