Michael Belton get off the street

Hey Hamden and surrounding area friends! I’m trying to help this sweet newly homeless man! I see this guy all the time at Stop & Shop and at the plaza and he never asks for anything and actually he usually brightens my day with his big smile & positive energy. His name is Michael pictured below and he recently lost his disability housing residency and is sleeping on Dixwell Ave at the covered bus stop in front of Stop & Shop. He is not on drugs , doesn’t drink and he is the sweetest person. Someone in the elderly housing office is stating he didn’t follow protocol about letting them know about a previous eviction (he still insists he’s never been evicted) because of some misunderstanding or the fact that someone is not a fan of him , he’s currently on the street since May 16th while he waits for a new appointment. He has to get back in line on a waiting list . I’ve attached his photo and the paperwork he received. I really want to help him find a place to live ! Does anyone know anything about this process or a place he can stay until this gets straightened out? Please help if you can!
