My name is Michael Dixon Brooks Jr. and I am creating this go fund me account for my Father Michael Dixon Brooks Sr.

May 28, 2024 my Father was in an automobile accident where a driver fell asleep and veered into my Fathers lane. My Father swerved but he was still clipped by the driver and flipped the truck my Dad was driving 3 times. This caused my Father to have a broken neck and an aneurysm in his heart.

June 10, 2024 at 5 a.m. my Father went into surgery and by 11 p.m. I received a phone call that my Father was on a ventilation machine. Tuesday morning the Critical Doctor told me to make peace because it did not look good. I asked for all test to be done on my Father because it didn't seem like reality. Friday they performed one last test on my Father's Brain and Saturday morning I received a call that they declared him completely brain dead and at 10 a.m. they were pronouncing him. My family and I still seeking answers during this time.

But I am starting this page because there we need help with his arrangements. This was all unexpected and we were no where near prepared. Anything will help.

Prayers for the entire family will be appreciated.

He leaves behind a Son and Daughter, 3 Grandsons, 5 Granddaughters and many family and friends that are hurting and trying to figure out the next minute without my Father.

Also he was a donor and his Donation saved 3 lives on Monday June 17, 2024.
