Michael Gadwa’s horrific motorcycle accident

Micheal gadwa was in a motorcycle accident on 11/22 Friday morning in phoenix Arizona ,involving a semi truck. He is in critical condition .He lost his arm and has Broken his tibia in multiple spots he also might have  mild concussion as well as a bruised lung ,At the time on this accident Michael did not have health insurance at the time of this accident and we are still trying to locate the truck driver,Michael will have to adjust to living life as an amputee as well as the huge burden of medical bills , any and all help is greatly appreciated
