Tragic loss of husband, father of 4, Mike Glazier

Hi, my name is Jessica Green. I am the eldest sister of Nicky Glazier.

On Thursday, September 21st, the Glazier Family suffered a devastating loss.

It is with a heavy heart that we share the news of our beloved, Michael Glazier. It’s a sudden and unexpected passing as a tractor failed him while working outside with his youngest son. Mike was a father to 4 beautiful children, he was a loving husband, great son, a caring brother and a man of God. He was strong minded, hard-worker, unselfish, caring, funny and most of all, loved and cared for his family and friends and would do anything for them. Mike wasn’t a fancy person and enjoyed simplicity. He was an outdoors man and loved camping with the family as they camped every year with a spot down by the river. He was always so gruff and people thought he was mean looking, but he was actually a teddy bear with a big ole heart. We will miss him terribly. 

He leaves behind his wife, Nicky, three sons, Marcus 16, Colton 14, Eli 11, and 1 daughter (a daddy’s girl), Izzy 3. The financial burdens that come with the loss of a spouse can be overwhelming and unaffordable. Mike was a very skillful man which landed him a good paying job, but the insurance was just not there yet. Even with the inflation and a family of 6 they still managed to save enough to finance their very first home just a few months ago. Mike was the sole provider as Nicky was the stay-at-home mom taking care of the children. Things were looking up as they were on their way of making a better life with a promising future till the unexpected happened on Thursday.
