My name is Jennifer Iburg-Purcell, and I am raising funds for medical expenses for my brother, Michael Iburg. Michael underwent open-heart surgery on June 22, 2022, and has developed dire complications that will necessitate medical flight transportation from UMPC, Harrisburg, PA to New York Presbyterian Hospital in New York for a possible heart transplant and/or mechanical device input.

 

Michael is a devoted father to two young boys who are his life, and he and his wife provide a loving, stable family unit. In a world of givers and takers, Michael is whole-heartedly a giver and a generous soul. He is also a caring son, brother, uncle, and friend to many.

 

All funds will be used for payment of medical expenses, which will be significant on his long road to recovery.  Any unused funds by Michael himself will be put in his sons' names until they reach 21.
