We are raising funds for our father, Michael Suttmoellers cremation cost, and any extra will go towards paying off his final bills.

Michael suffered from a fall in October that busted his foot up pretty bad. That injury lead to an infection which wasn’t caught until late November. He was offered amputation of the leg, but was told his already weakened heart may not have survived the surgery. So he opted to wait until after the holidays so he could see his kids and grandchildren again.

On Christmas Eve, following the family get together he requested an ambulance to take him to the hospital because he was feeling weak and unable to do much.

Christmas morning we were called by the Doctors to come to the hospital to make him comfortable, his time was coming.

Michael originally had planned on donating his body to science, however the wound on his foot removed his eligibility, so now we are tasked with coming up with cremation costs. In the event they still end up taking him for science, these funds will be used for his final arrangements and bills that are due.

We ask that any donation also include a silent prayer for all those left behind by Michael as we go through this tough holiday season. Thank you.
