Michael's Obituary

When Michael Jelitko abruptly passed away I lost my brother and my mother lost her son. It’s a loss that has left our family shattered. While we knew Covid had damaged Mike’s enormous and generous heart, his tragic passing from a heart attack was unexpected. We are utterly unprepared in every way to deal with this sudden shock.

Michael was a good and kind person. He was an artist with an unusual and beautiful soul. He helped raise me with so much love. He was a lifelong devoted son to his stepfather and especially to his German mother, who loved her sweet little Mischa so very much.

Funds raised will be put towards medical and funeral/burial expenses. Any contribution will offer a measure of comfort to my elderly parents grieving the death of their only son.
