Michael Masullo

Michael Masullo passed away tragically and unexpectedly on Saturday, August 20th.

Mike had a lifelong passion for flying, and he received his private pilot certificate at the minimum age of seventeen. He studied Aeronautics at the University of North Dakota and went on to fly for SkyWest Airlines. At just 28 years old, he reached his career goal and was hired by JetBlue, having grown up around the airline.

The only thing surpassing Mike’s love of flying was his love for his family. Mike is survived by his wife Lauren, his mother and stepfather, and five siblings.

We are raising money for the funeral and other expenses in memory of Mike’s life. After needs are covered, Lauren wishes to make an honorary donation in Mike’s name.

Mike loved and cared fiercely for Lauren, and he would be comforted knowing the community supports her.
