Michael “Mike” Douros

Hello All. 

 On behalf of the Wolff & McPartland families, we are reaching out to let you know that our friend Mike Douros is going through some health struggles. So much so that he had a lot of his right foot amputated and may need to have more removed. It’s given him medical bills and stopped him from working. We’re hoping to raise at least $25,000 for Mike to help pay for his bills and offset the loss of income. 

 Everyone who spent any time with Douros (that’s how we know him, maybe you too) we’re sure you would like to wish Mike a speedy and thorough recovery following his latest surgery on his bum foot. Those who know Douros understand that his laughter is contagious, his humor mischievous, and his kindness genuine. And with that said, and your deepest love, you may have wanted to strangle him at some point too. But because of all of that, it’s why in our almost 50 years of knowing him there are many, many, stories that bring a smile to our face. 

 You could’ve known him for 5 minutes or 50 years but you know he’s not someone who would’ve ever asked for this. It was a struggle for us to even get to this point. It’s about helping our friend. Your generous contributions will go directly towards aiding his recovery and ensuring he receives the care and support he needs. This chuckle head was driving around in the snow and trying to work with some sort of peg leg that a pirate would not be ok with.
