Michael Montoya Attorney Fees

Hello friends and family. I realize we all fall on financial hardships and need to reach out for help. Our friend Michael Montoya won't even ask for help and he is in dire need of our help. His fiancé Tina Aylesworth and myself are setting up this gofundme account in order to help Michael raise the money for an attorney to help him keep his beautiful daughter from having to leave California. Michael and Tina have been co-parenting both Tina's kids along with her for several years now. They have a loving supporting group of friends and family that are part of their village. She has been part of a stable family when under Michael and Tina's care. Tina is the only relationship Michael has been in since his divorce and they just recently moved into a bigger home in order to make room for her. They have stayed in the same neighborhood so that the kids would have stability in school and amongst family, friends, and their community. This fundraiser is not by any means stating anything against either parent. Michael would like to keep his daughter in the state of California where she has always resided so he can continue to parent her. Since her mother has the means to hire an attorney Michael feels like his best chances are having an attorney himself. Any amount helps even if it's five dollars. I believe this is for a good cause because I don't think kids should be ripped away from either parent and uprooted from their village! If you're not able to donate please share and pray.
