Donations in Honor of Michael Parsons

My heart is breaking right now, but my beloved father, Michael Parsons, passed away on Nov. 15th 2022. He was a few days into a COVID diagnosis and has struggled with sleep apnea for a long time. He has had a lot of pain from a knee replacement and was in the process of getting a back surgery set up as well so he had some new medications to help him with the pain management. We believe that he took his pain medication, and with his already existing problems with COVID and not getting his CPAP machine on before falling asleep, it became the perfect storm and his body was just not able to keep up.

He was the best guy... Everyone who met him could not help but love him immediately. Unfortunately, when he retired from the fire department early because of his knee replacement he lost a lot of his life insurance benefits and money has been tighter.

My angel mother has always supported him through everything... Taking care of the house and kids while he took care of the country and its citizens through his military, fire, medical, and police service. They were high school sweethearts. He was her support system and her best friend. Because she always took care of him, our home, and us kids she was not out building a career and he was the sole breadwinner of the home. She is left with funeral expenses, some debt, and recurring monthly expenses and no immediate career options as of right at this moment.

Many many people have asked how to help us and we are feeling so much love, but if you feel a desire to help, the most helpful thing would be to donate any amount you can to support her in her time of need until she is able to get back on her feet.

Thank you for all of the love, kindness, and prayers. We feel the love and and eternally grateful to everyone.

Love,
Brooke Parsons Angus
Daughter of Michael & Ann Parsons
