Michael Rogers memorial race at fakenham race course

Sadly 1 year ago on the 28th April 2024 we lost our rock to the family Mike. He was an amazing dad, grandad and great grandad and is missed more than words can explain. As a family we wanted to do something where we could all come together and celebrate the love we have for him and also incorporate a loving past time he had. Even when he suffered his first stroke at age 69 he still wanted to have a bet on the horses from his hospital bed . This never changed in the years that followed until his last grand national in 2024 , that was the last bet he placed.

Fakenham racecourse allow you to name a race and this is something we are wanting to do in memory of dad. If anyone could help us achieve that by donating it would mean the world to us as family. we have set the amount at 500 as this is the smallest package they do .
