Michael Thompson’s Funeral Expenses

On Saturday, November 11th, just three days before our mother’s 3 years of passing, our father, Michael Thompson was in a severe motorcycle accident. His CT scans and MRI’s showed that he had minor brain bleeds, as well as a grade three DAI injury. As a result to his injuries, he went into a coma. He was intubated and fighting for his life. After our father was taken off of life support on Saturday, November 25th, he continued to breathe on his own, until he took his last breath on Wednesday, November 29th. His five children Justin (28), Devin (23), Emalea (18), Michael (15), and his youngest, Ashlea (14), as well as his sister Jessica, nieces and nephews, and girlfriend Christina, were in and out of the hospital with restless nights. His friends Jeff, Kevin, Willie, Rick, Dave, Buck, and Frank have been helping our grandmother as best as they can with taking the two youngest in. Our father was an extremely loved man and had such a big heart. He worked so hard for the things he had and this is an extremely difficult situation considering we’ve lost our mother as well. He worked as hard as he did to give his children all that he could. Our father loved to ride his Harley and were happy he was doing something he loved. He had such a bright smile, and his heart was full of love. We are following our fathers wishes as to what he wanted after death.
