Michael Tirpak's Recovery

My name is Seth Hancock. As many of you know, Michael Tirpak was a client I represented a couple of years ago when he was serving a life sentence in prison for a crime he did not commit. Luckily, we were successful in getting his conviction vacated, and he was released from prison. Since his release, Michael has done everything in his power to be a productive and compassionate husband, father and member of society. He has worked incredibly hard to provide for himself and his family.

Michael has overcome some of the most challenging circumstances that life can throw one's way. Unfortunately, he was subjected to another tragic event a few weeks ago. Michael was involved in a terrible motorcycle accident. As a result of that accident, he broke several ribs, a broken clavicle, broken bones in his hand, a large wound on his hip, and numerous contusions. Since going into the hospital for the above injuries, Michael has also contracted COVID-19.

Michael is not the type of person to ask people for help. He always takes care of his own problems, and he does so with dignity and grace. So I am asking for you all to help him since he is not the type to ask himself. He is going to be out of work for an indefinite period as he tries to make a strong recovery. Bills will be piling up, and Michael should not have to stress about anything except his physical recovery.

It is the holiday season. Please donate any amount that you can so that Michael and his family don't have to worry about financial burdens; they deserve to focus entirely on Michael's recovery.
