MichaelJean Smith, a long-time Islander, suffered a massive stroke on the 28th of this past February.

She was totally and completely paralyzed, only able to blink her eyes.

After several weeks of long-term care and therapy, she is making an amazing comeback.

MichaelJean is presently in long-term care in Everett WA, and she and Sid need our kind help financially.

MichaelJean's sister, Mary, has been helping provide extra daily care but has been paying $100.00 per day for motel expenses.

Also, "Visting Angels" will be helping provide long-term care for MichaelJean.

For this daily motel expense and long-term care, we wish to raise funds.
