Michael Vs Cancer

Michael has just been diagnosed with stage 4 colon cancer.  He is a strong man of faith that is only 35 years old with 4 young and beautiful kids.  A man I have known for over 15 years is now faced with the battle of his life. 

The fight has just started and a lot of people have already stepped up and helped.  He is back home after his visit to MD Anderson with a plan.  Step one was surgery to prep him for treatment.  Step two is Chemo which starts May 2nd.

Michael has a simple job right now, fight the effects of the chemo so he can go another round.  He will be missing work doing treatment and that is why we are reaching out.  Donations are not the only thing we need.  He could also use some advice from a nutritionist.  He is in the process of changing his diet but this will be a moving target that a nutritionist could help with.  Also, someone to help him exercise within his limits to keep him strong during the treatments.

Or maybe even stopping by his house and watching a sporting event or movie with him.  Pray with him, hug him and remind him he isn't alone.
