Michaud Strong

The Michaud family has always been there for everyone around the .. especially the members of EverProven CrossFit. Through their hardships, life changing events, and have worked effortlessly to ensure that we have a community that we can always rely on when we need help. If someone needed help.. they are ALWAYS the first to stand up and do things for others. There are countless examples of their generosity, kindness and efforts where they put others before themselves. 

Through this community they have changed many peoples lives in more ways than just becoming fitter - so now it is OUR TIME to give back what they have given us.

Our very loved, energetic, and amazing Coach Katie has been diagnosed with breast cancer and will have to undergo a series of treatments over the next 12 months. The Michaud family has insurance but  it will not cover the entire treatment process, Katie will have to take unpaid time away from work and Matt will need to take time off work at the fire department  to care for their two small children and ensure that Katie can make it to all her appointments. This is already a time of hardship with the gym being temporarily closed so any donation to help them in this time of need would be a huge help.

We can honestly never repay the Michaud’s for the love, community, strength, and friendship they have given us all, but we can do what we do best and lend a helping hand.

*Every person who donates will get a “Strength in Community” breast cancer awareness kettlebell sticker. They will be available to pick up at the gym when it re-opens.
