Micheal McClendon

I’m Ms B. and Im starting this fundraiser on behalf of my sister. Early November 11th, Micheal was rushed to Receiving Hospital by EMS, a local hospital in downtown Detroit. He was speaking and aware when his mother helped paramedics get him into the ambulance. However, she was denied a ride along, despite her only son being in so much pain.

Once arriving to the hospital right after the EMS, in such a short time, Mike was pronounced deceased! He was his mother's ONLY child and this tragedy was so unexpected. She could have never thought calling 911 for her son, who was in pain, would result to never seeing him alive and thriving again.

Micheal was always a very vibrant person. At the short age of 23 it’s hard to believe something wasn’t done right at the hospital. He was healthy and full of so much life that was cut short with so many unanswered questions!

This has put such a strain on his mom as this was unexpected and the last of her immediate family! We are asking for your help towards the cost to give him a nice homecoming. Let your heart be your guide. No amount is too small. Thank you.
