Michele International: Help Salon Staff After Wildfires
Donation protected
Please help us raise funds to support the staff from Michele International Hair Salon, which was destroyed in the devastating Palisades fire. As with many Palisadian businesses, it was locally owned and operated, and stood as a staple of the community for over 40 years.
The salon was the workplace of 5 members of the McCrory family, as well as several other staff members who had worked there for more than 20 years. Many of you may have had your hair washed by Chiyo or Linda, your color and cut perfected by Marice, Anne, Tara, Karen, Thu, or Kinga, and your appointment made by Martin. If you visited the salon, you probably got some good old-fashioned Irish advice, a wry joke, and lots of love and laughter. This business was part of the heart and soul of the Palisades and we want to help them recover.
We are raising money to help the staff with basic necessities while the salon tries to get a fresh start in a new location.
Any amount of money, sharing, or support is appreciated. And please keep an eye out for announcements about their new location as soon as it is ready to open!
Thank you from the kids & grandkids of the salon
