Michelle Carson stroke recovery

Hello, my name is Jennifer, and I’m fundraising for my best friend, my ride or die, my sister, Michelle. While at work on the morning of October 18th Michelle started to feel sick. Thinking it was nothing more than a bad drug reaction she went home hoping the feeling would pass. 24 hrs later things had only gotten worse. Unable to walk or control the right side of her body she was taken to the ER and found she had a stroke. The ER was not equipped to handle the level of care Michelle needed, so she took an ambulance ride and has since been at Medical City Plano in the neurological care unit. At only 35 years old a stoke is not a condition you worry about. You don’t have a plan for when you’re not able to work, or have savings put away for months worth of hospitalization and rehabilitation it will take to get back to yourself. The last thing I want Michelle to worry about right now is how she’ll ever be able to afford the care she needs. Please, any help you are able to give makes a difference. Help get this beautiful young woman back to health, back to her home, and back to enjoying afternoons in the sunshine.
