Michelle Cruz Support for Recovery

Hello, my name is Joanne Cruz, Michelle's sister-in-law. But to me, she is just my sister. Michelle was recently diagnosed with Her2 + breast cancer but luckily with this type of cancer, her oncology team can put her on a fast track for treatment which includes infusion port placement, chemotherapy then surgery, followed by radiation and hormone therapy along with PET scans to monitor the treatment success. Michelle needs to focus on her recovery, but the burden of financial worry is weighing heavily on her shoulders. Her husband Erwin is also in the process of looking for employment amid this crisis which increases their stress and worry. Their daughters Emma and Olive, mature beyond their years have been informed of the news and have responded as well as anyone can. They all remain optimistic about Michelle's prognosis. Right now I am focused on supporting and helping them as much as I can and to that end, I'm asking for help on their behalf from family and friends near and far. Assistance can be through financial donations to help defray the cost of bills and other expenses, it can be through signing up to provide family meals and most importantly it can be through your fervent prayers and thoughts reflecting your moral support and love during this very difficult time.
