Michelle Forsland's Road to the LPGA Tour

Hello! My name is Michelle Forsland and I recently finished my collegiate golf career at East Carolina University. I started playing golf at the age of seven in my home country, Norway. It did not take me long to develop the dream of becoming an LPGA Tour player when I grew up. Now that I have finished my amateur career, it is time for me to realize that dream.

 

I started my college journey at Jacksonville University where I earned the conference’s Freshman of the Year honor, my first college win and several top 3 finishes. I then transferred to Oklahoma State University (OSU), one of the top golf programs in the country. After graduating from OSU May 2020, I went on to play my 5th year at East Carolina University. I look back at my college career with multiple athletic awards, one individual win, five top 5s, nine top 10s and playing a crucial role in six team wins.

 

As I start my professional career I need your help to be able to achieve my goals and pursue my dream! Your donation will go towards tournament entry fees, travel expenses and several other tournament related expenses. This fall I am playing the Ladies European Tour Access Series before the LET Qualifying School in December. To prepare for the LPGA Q-School in 2022 I will be playing in Ladies European Tour events or in Ladies European Tour Access Series events. I can’t wait to start this new and exciting chapter of my life!
