First, we would like to thank everyone who donated toward the funeral and other expenses. With your donations, we were able to cover the remaining cost for the service and other expenses. If you still want to donate, please help support your local humane society or another cause in their name.

As a reminder, The service will be held at Reynolds High School on 11/10 at 11am.

Hi, My name is Tracie and I am a close family friend of the Windsor and Rutledge families.

As many of you know, Michelle, Gary, Kate and Ryan, on their way to see the solar eclipse, lost their lives when they were hit head on by another driver on October 12th. They were a wonderful family devoted to those they loved and friends to everyone they met.

Michelle loved photography and one of her goals was to visit every national park in the United States. Gary was always the life of the party. He was known to sit in his driveway to say hi to all of his neighbors and host neighborhood BBQ's. Kate had so many friends and loved working on the theater and musical productions at her school. Ryan was an incredibly smart student with his AP classes and his perfect grades. He had very close circle friends and loved to game and read during his free time. When not on one of their many family hikes, the family also donated their time to the SHARE program for low income families.

I can't even count the number of people that have been affected by their loss.

As most of you know, the cost of planning a funeral for one person is enormous. These families need to plan funerals for 4. They are looking for support as they go through this painful process. If you can, please make a donation to help them so they can focus on dealing with their grief.

Their Celebration of Life Memorial will be held at Reynolds High School in Troutdale, Oregon. 11/10/23 @ 11:00am
