Mrs. Michelle Lee Paulson, 44, Hoople, ND passed away July 1, 2024 at 9:24 PM.
Michelle was born on April 9, 1980 in Phoenix, Arizona to Laura and David Nickel. She married Robert Paulson on December 22, 2007.
Michelle grew up in Phoenix, AZ until she and her family moved to Olympia, WA where she enjoyed exploring the woods with her friends, heading to local the local skate park to rollerblade and just enjoying life and all the wonderful things it had to offer. When she was in high school, she became pregnant with her first son Anthony. While life was at times hard, she made it work and tackled everything with a smile on her face and a song in her heart. She met her husband Robert when she was working as a manager at Ruby Tuesday and while at first, he tried his best to woo her she didn't give him the time of day until one day she did and the rest is history. Within a few years she had two new kids, Mya and Cylus. As her family got bigger, she and her family moved to Hoople, ND where she lived with her family for 14 years. Michelle was a devoted wife and mother. Her life was her family! She showed great pride in being a stay-at-home mom. She was the best mom that was always open to her kids. Not only letting them know that they were loved but that they always had someone to talk to. Life was not easy on her due to family tragedies and health issues but she is dancing in the sky with her daughter Mya, her dad David and her brother Shawn. She is survived by her mother Laura, brother Tom, her husband Robert and sons: Anthony and Cylus.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 6, 2024 at 2:00 PM at the First Lutheran Church of Hoople. A visitation will be for one hour prior to the service at the church.
