Michelle Redlinger Medical Expenses
Donation protected
My name is
Amber Estes and I am raising money to help with medical bills for my Mom, Michelle Redlinger.
Michelle Redlinger was diagnosed with COVID the week before Christmas was fighting it at home when her oxygen levels dropped and would not come up or stabilize. So, on December 28, 2021, Michelle was taken to Piedmont Henry Hospital by ambulance with low oxygen and what turned out to be pneumonia along with severely damaged lungs from a previous illness. On December 30, she was transferred to ICU. She has remained there and continues her fight against COVID pneumonia. Jack, her husband, continues serving as an NCSO Sergeant who is first on the scene when he is on duty. Ashlynd, Amber and Kyle, her daughters and son-in-law, are supporting Michelle as best they can, but they have few opportunities to talk to her and haven’t seen her since she went to the hospital.

Michelle has been on the vent twice now and is still in the hospital. Michelle now has a feeding tube and will have to be at the hospital for at least another 30 days. While she is off the machines, she has an extremely long way to go. She is not responding to PT the way the doctors want her to. She is learning how to speak again, and right now they are trying to get her to move her fingers and toes. She has lost most of her memory at this time and is working hard to get it back. Once she is released from the hospital she will have to go to a Rehab center for at least another 30 days. Please continue to pray for her as well as the Redlinger family.
This gofundme account will go to expected and unexpected expenses the Redlinger family will face while Michelle is fighting this battle. Michelle is unable to work, medical expenses are accumulating, and the family will incur travel, parking expenses, and miscellaneous expenses when they are allowed to see her. All of the Redlingers are generous with their time, their service, and their love, so please consider supporting this family during this time with your thoughts, prayers, and support! If you can contribute to this gofundme, the Redlingers would be ever so grateful!
