Michelle Trott-Machuk

My name is Carol and I am Michelle‘s mother. Michelle was in a near fatal motorcycle accident June 10 near her home in Ryley and remains in the trauma center at RUH where she was flown by Stars, had emergency intubation and several surgeries. More surgeries are yet to come. I am doing this fundraiser to help support Michelle and her husband Rob so she does not worry about finances for the next little while. Hopefully this will eliminate some of the stress on her as her income is based solely on being physically able to work. Once she gets out of the hospital she will need extensive physiotherapy. She has a long list of injuries including 12 broken ribs, four ribs that had to be fused together with metal, lost her spleen and a kidney, has a collapsed lung and a cracked pelvis. These are only a few of her extensive injuries. If anyone can assist during her long road to recovery it would be amazing. Even if you cannot financially help please keep my daughter in your thoughts and prayers. We are so incredibly thankful for everyone’s support throughout this ordeal.
