Michelle Traska's Breast Cancer Fundraiser

My sister, Michelle, was diagnosed with Stage 2b Triple-Negative Breast Cancer in December 2021.

Michelle is the mother of 4 great kids. She and her husband own a small business in their Cleveland neighborhood. She has been trying to keep up with work and family obligations, but it has been tough.

Michelle started chemo in January and she has not been able to work; the side effects of the chemo have taken a more considerable toll on her than she anticipated. Her chemo port became infected, and she was hospitalized with a blood infection (septicemia). In addition, the immune therapy given to fight the cancer caused pneumonitis and while she was recently released from the hospital, she is still on oxygen at home.

She is trying to do it all but needs some help. Her family hopes to raise money to help pay for some of their monthly expenses while she is undergoing treatment. Michelle is often one of the first to jump in and help. This time we would like to give to her.
