Hello Everyone!
For those of you who don't know me already, here are a few things about me:
-I am a professional photographer
-I have worked as a photographer in a few different countries to help spread the word about causes varying from Women's Empowerment in India to the lack of funding in an orphanage in Nicaragua
-I love working with kids and have done it by teaching Outdoor Education, being a Montessori Teaching Assistant, and working as a Nanny
-I love meeting new people, and constantly strive to strengthen the relationships I have already developed
-I have been asked by Volunteer Vanuatu to help photograph the devastation that occurred in March 2015 when tropical cyclone Pam struck the country

I have found that photographing for things I believe in, and sharing my skills with people who have asked for help documenting their particular struggle, has been the most rewarding adventure life has offered me thus far.

I am planning to leave Denver and head to Vanuatu this July! There I will be working with Volunteer Vanuatu to help with photography, social media, and video. If you are like most people I have talked to about this idea, you may not know where Vanuatu is. It is located between Australia and Fiji. It is reported to be one of the 50th poorest countries in the world with a population of 250,000 people. The cyclone that struck in March 2015 has wreaked havoc on this small country. With your help, I would love to get over there and help not only with the documentation, but also with any other needs they have.
