Mickey Turpen's Children's Fund

Gallelli Real Estate in concert with Mickey’s Family and close friends are raising funds to be held in trust for Mickey's children, Chase & Bridget. The goal of the trust is to insure Chase and Bridget have the financial support they would have received from their father had he been here to do so.

We are in shock and pain with the sudden tragic loss of Mickey. He was the best of us in many ways. He always found the good in people. He truly cared and was always there for any of us with love and support. Life is not fair. It is abundantly clear to me that life is not for us to understand. It is that rare individual like Mickey who help to show us why life is so beautiful. The loss of Mick makes it difficult to see that beauty. However, it is the loss of someone as special as Mickey that hopefully helps us to understand and appreciate the true beauty of someone as kind, caring and happy as he was. In my time with Mickey I learned that his happiness came from making those around him happy. Mickey would not want to see any of us dwell on his loss, but rather his life and the joy he brought to each of us. I hope you all can find that joy and that little smile that comes to your face when you think of a Mickey moment. Remember his huge contagious laugh and all the good times we had with him. I know this is what he would want us to do and how we can all show him how much he meant to all of us.
