Mictlan - Student Short Film
Hello!

We are students creating a short film for our Fiction I Filmmaking class at Grand Valley State University.

Mictlan is a fiction short film set in Mexico about Ignacio, a loving father, who will do anything to save his wife and child including making a deal with the fearsome Aztec Goddess Mictecacihuatl.

One of the most important aspects of Mictlan is the representation of Mexican culture and history. This depiction of Mexican culture is invaluable to the Spanish-speaking community in West Michigan. This film will be made entirely with Spanish dialogue.

You would be helping us support this culturally important story to the best of our abilities. Funds will go towards compensating our actors, providing craft services, and purchasing costumes and props that will support the story.

Much appreciated!
