MIDAS Foundation

The MIDAS Foundation is an organization based in Mexico for cooperation towards the care, social, and humanitarian development of indigenous rural communities of high margination in condition of extreme poverty. Our labour tries to improve the human development indices through child nutrition programs, pantries for women in condition of food poverty, and delivery of in-kind donations such as clothing, food, toys, medicine, and other articles that can not be obtained in their communities.

This campaign seeks to finance our projects, including our volunteer program, in the most remote areas with highest margination, where we bring opportunities to women and children seeking to get out of poverty and that are willing to work in joint community development projects.

We are a foundation that counts with all the social impact certificates, and are part of the United Nations global compact in which the transparency, effectiveness, and efficiency of our results has been shown.

Luis Gerardo Gomez, as a cofounder of the organization, designed this campaign and is in charge of forwarding the resulting donations to the foundation, in Mexico.
