Hi my name is Ester Leal and I am fundraising for my husband Miguel Leal. It is with a heavy heart that I have to write this or start this fundraiser. Unfortunately my husband became ill and began to have liver failure which lead to kidney failure. He was placed on dialysis and was in and out of the hospital. He was a very private person about his health so this will be a huge shock to many. My husband is currently on hospice. We are trying to raise these funds to help with medical and most importantly funeral arrangements. My husband is 42 years old is a loving father, husband, brother, son & most of all friend.
