Mike and Gina Palermo

My dear Friends Mike and Gina Palermo have been faced with, Mike receiving a diagnosis of Lung Cancer that has metastasized to his brain. One of the two tumors is on his brain stem. He is fighting with chemo and radiation but there is no cure, it can be treated. This has left Mike unable to work. Gina has had to transition to working from home. During this devastating time, medical bills and other expenses are growing. We are asking our friends and family for your help, anything you can do is much appreciated.
