Mike and Kierra's Homeless situation

Hello! My name is Ellie and two of my closest friends have been put in a very tough and financially straining situation. They are both striving to be full-time performers and ended up subleasing their apt in California to go do a show in another state. Well, this person who took the sublease moved in and then refused to pay. She also has moved other people, smokes in the apt, has dog pee and poop everywhere, and yells and breaks things until 4 am, in summary, it has been the worst scenario possible. Mike and Kierra have been trying to find extra work to keep up with rent and legal fees. They would never do this or ask for money so I want to surprise them and help them out! P.S Yes, the people are getting evicted and yes they are trying to sue them... That takes time, they have bills now and also will have to fix a lot to even be able to live back in the apt...
